Series of four silver salt cellars, two for the
pepper, and two for the salt. Those intended for
salt are covered of a gold layer.
The style totally refers to the end 18th english
style, by the soberness and the elegancy of the
shape:
The salt cellars are circular, and presents a
general profile in curves and cons-curves. The
pedestal is large at its base and tightens at
the junction with the cups.
Those have a semi spheric shape, and a cyma
molding profile, with the edge well flared. Some
streaks surround the feet.
The items bears at the bottom of their feet, the
town hallmark and the date hallmark,
corresponding to London, 1794.
