CHISELED MOTIF OF BIRDS ON A BRANCH - ART DECO PERIOD CIRCA 1925 Powder compact of silver, ornamented on the lid with a chiseled composition of 4 birds on a branch, and embellished with 4 small crumped rubies. This 'powder compact' dates from the art deco period, around 1925. The back presents a decor of gadroons. The lateral edges are engraved with 2 ranks of streaks. The inside has a beleved mirror. There is a hallmark of silver guarantee, which shows an eagle head. There is too the silversmith's hallmark, JT initials: This hallmark is engraved on the powder compact and on the miror frame. The stone is in diamond cut, the stones being in very good condition, with no scratches and no chips. The cameo is crimped on a mount, with a nice foliate chiselling, embellished with a thin beading edge. The pin, i spiraled. The scarf-pin bears two hallmarks : - The one of the silversmith that i could not identify. - The gold guarantee hallmark, stamped of the eagle head, and used from 1838 for guarantee the 18 carats gold works. C’est en 1814 que la société FAVRE fusionnera avec un horloger du nom de LEUBA On peut voir au Musée de la Chaux-de-fonds une des plus belles pièces d'horlogerie créée par Favre-Leuba En 1898 , le siège de la société s'installe à Genève. Etui en OR ciselé, 18 carats , de 6.8 centimètres de long, et d'un poids de 4,80 grammes.Il porte 2 poinçons de garantie or , dont le poinçon à tête de coq tournée à droite, pourles ouvrages français , Paris 1798-1809. Le 2ème poinçon est la tête de cheval, tournée à droite , employé de 1838 à 1919. pour les ouvrages or 18 carats. Le poinçon au coq donne la date de réalisation de l'ouvrage, fin 18ème à tout début 19ème. Le poinçon tête de cheval est un poinçon de re-contrôle apposé ultérieurement, entre 1838 et 1919. Etui à aiguilles OU à cire de style Louis XVI . En : forme de gaine à pans coupés, facettée, très ciselée.Les facettes sont à décor central de rinceaux et brindilles en relief, sur fond croisillonné en or amati. Les bordures à filets, en relief, sont ornées de rangs de billettes.La base s'élargit en chanfreins. Le sommet est à double chanfrein. Longueur: 6.8 cms Poids: 4.80 grs . Excellent état.

LYS - EXPERT J.N SALIT Elégante boucle de châle d'époque restauration, à la fleur de lys, début 19ème, en or , corail et nacre . De forme elliptique, la monture est en or. Le motif central est un fleur de lys en émail bleu sur fond guilloché en or. Un drapé plissé rayonnant de nacre très finement ciselé, met en valeur ce motif. La boucle est ceinte d'une guirlande de pierres de corail taillées à facettes , et fixées à l'aide de clous d'or.. Une frise ciselée en or à double rang, met en relief le cadre de nacre et la guirlande de corail. Ce bijou a été expertisé par Jean Norbert Salit , expert à Paris. Dimensions : 3,3 cm sur 2,7. Poids brut 7 gr. Parfait état sans le moindre manque.
